Order & Pricing Policy
By placing an order, you are agreeing to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. All orders are subject to availability of particular product and its pack size variant at that time.
2. Once the order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between the user and company will be activated only once, the confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
3. The company has the right to cancel any purchase order due to non-availability or other operational issue. The amount in such case, shall be refunded to the original payment mode of the user/customer.

Discount Deals & Offers
The company will give the users, several discount offers and combo deals from time to time. The following terms and conditions will apply on availing any of the offers by the user:
1. No two deals or discounts can be clubbed together in one order.
2. Coupon codes need to be put wherever mentioned to avail that discount offered. No two coupon codes can be used together in one order.
3. Products offered as GWP (Gift with Purchase) are subjected to availability of exact variant.
4. If the buyer returns the product (with GWP offer) due to any reason, the GWP or the free product offered with that product also needs to be returned.
5. Company reserves all rights to withdraw any ongoing offer and/or promotion without prior notice
Return & Replacement Policy:
Products purchased on the website cannot be returned due to any likes or dislikes or change of mind of the user. The return requests can only be raised if the product is received in a damaged or compromised condition or a wrong product is shipped to the user. The damaged or incorrect product must be marked for return by emailing to our customer care email id (support@babiecorn.com) within 3 days of the receipt of the product. Please note the product can only be exchanged for a new one if the received product is damaged, defective or the product received is different from the product that was ordered.
The product to be returned should be there in its original packaging without any usage of the product. The company will initiate exchange only after inspection of the returned product at the warehouse.
Replacement of Damaged or Wrong Products
If the product is damaged, it would be replaced by a fresh product. Please note that users cannot ask for any cash refund or opt for a different product, once the exchange is initiated. Fresh piece of the same product will be despatched to the customer, after inspection of the returned product at the warehouse. This process may take up to a week or ten days.
